updated frat/sorority tiers- end of fall

this is a comment I saw on an older post but thought it was accurate enough to bring back so copying/pasting it here for debate or whatever, now that this semester is over:

"Sororities:
Top: Zeta, TriDelt (still in trouble?)
Upper: Kappa, ChiO, DG
Upper mid: PiPhi, AlphaChi
Mid: Theta, DZ (in one year after the bad ones graduate)
Lower mid: GammaPhi
Lower: KD
Bottom: ADPI, AOPI

Frats:
Top: none (KA and FIJI declined, SigEp got kicked)
Upper: KA, FIJI, SAE
Upper mid: Delt (maybe the remnants of SigEp?)
Mid: Pike, Sigma Chi
Lower Mid: Beta
Lower: PiKapp, DKE, KappaSig
Bottom: Everyone else"

Seems about right but KA didn’t really decline. That was more SAE instead bc their newest PC sucked

So you're saying:

Top: dropped off
Upper: FIJI / KA
Upper Mid: SAE / Delt / remnants of SigEp
Mid: Pike / Sigma Chi
Lower Mid: Beta
Rest

I pretty much agree except I don't think that delt is the same caliber as SAE. I wouldn't put delt in with pike and Sigma chi either though as they're better

No no, i meant SAE still as “upper” with KA/Fiji, and Delt as “upper mid”, and that KA these last few years has had better PCs than SAE. And i agree, Delt isn’t in the same caliber as SAE a whole frat since SAE has the best house (and chilifest) of all of the frats...but in terms of the guys I’ve met, there’s better/nicer frat guys in Delt’s chapter than SAE’s. But that’s just my opinion

You must have met different people because I hated some of the guys in KA's pc and really like most of the SAE guys. Personal preference I guess.

Honestly I'd put Pike above Beta because Beta has sucked the last couple years and doesn't do anything. Wouldn't go higher than that though.
