tri delt hazes and has another bid day?

So what's up with tri delt being able to still be active when some of their members clearly hazed the new pc on the original "bid day"? They just had another bid day also? Like you're giving false hope to that new pledge class. Honestly feel sad for the members that had nothing to do with the video and writing on the wall.
