rushing as a junior?
by: Aggie1996I'm about to be a junior at TAMU but am hesitant because I don't know if I even have much of a chance since I'm an upperclassman. Realistically, what are my chances of getting a bid?

There's no way to tell you what your chances are without knowing more about your strength as a pnm. Your GPA, recs, number of close friends in various houses who will pull for you big-time, your campus leadership & involvement, etc are all really important for juniors. Don't provide any identifying info on this thread, but you should be able to gauge your own chances. If you have a 3.8+ GPA, got recs for every house, and have a bunch of close Greek friends, you'll probably land somewhere. If you have a 3.0, no recs, no connections, and haven't been involved on campus, it's probably going to be a rough week.
All pnms should be open to accepting a bid from every house but even more important for upperclassmen.

Go through! Chapters add juniors and it doesn't affect quota. System is set up for juniors to pledge easily if you have good grades and have been involved.
