Any opinions?
Whats the general difference between those 3?
Rushing as a sophomore, and I've heard pretty much good things about all 3 of them, have a few of friends in each and the ones i know are all pretty good guys

KA and Fiji are really the only top tier frats here now that Sig Ep is kicked off. Some people MIGHT consider SAE lower top, but anyone who says that are also mostly SAEs.
Try hard = thinks TFM is a piece of biblical scripture to be followed at all times in life, rather than a satirical website making fun of cringy try hards

Ok wow so is there anything positive about those frats? The guys I know are really good guys, but its not hard to believe there's a good amount of tryhards

All 3 of those are good here. SAE has prob the best house and parties, Delt is an upper midtier in all categories and their house is far, and Pike has been getting a lot better here but still no house. The users above are being too harsh, they're probably KA or FIJI groupies or GDIs that love to diss other frats here and makeup false reputations. IMO, i think you should check them all out during rush and just see where you fit in best :)

SAE- somewhat of a shallow brotherhood, great social life and house/parties. Basically run chilifest.
Pike- great athletics and academics, stronger brotherhood. Newer fraternity, no real fraternity house, weaker social life.
Delt- hybrid between these too, kind of a weaker SAE but less douchey

SAE - arguably the best and biggest house (money), most frat and greek-looking house besides Sigma Chi, it's closest to campus, in my opinion most ppl like them or think they are top tier bc of their house/property
Pike - No house or i think a normal temporary house for their meetings? Not sure tbh but theyre big enough to be getting one soon i hope
DTD - normal-looking 2 story house, w huge backyard/ property for parties & events, rly far away from campus tho, & cops dont bother their parties bc theyre so far away w no close neighbors lol
^in case you were wondering about where these frats have their parties/events/etc since theres no Frat Row at TAMU

What exactly do you mean by "try hards", like they try hard to be frat" or what?
And ok who would be "top tier" frat here if those frats arent?
