some greek life questions

by: Question

What would be some good frats to look into this fall as a rushee at TAMU, and why?
What makes Greek life in general here fun/special/worth it ?
What are the sorority girls here like for the most part, like stereotypical sorority girls or what?
(It's kind of costly from what I hear, but I'm still interested for sure.)
Thanks

Defenitly join. Frats at a&m aren't amazing in comparison to other sec schools but that's a hard standered to live up to. They all have a lot of fun and the Greek community is very tight at a&m. You will regret not joining.

- ka, sae, pike, delt, sigchi for sure , they're all pretty good here, plenty involved and have lots of good guys
- it's fun, you make plenty of friends and connections, and the greek social scene is prob the best in cstat IMO
- no, contrary to popular belief all of us sorority girls are not the same!
- dues vary for each frats so you'll have to ask them yourself and find out, i hear between 1k-2k ?
go greek!
