yeah exactly - for any of those mid tier chapters to move to a "top tier" they have to start proving it by getting more involved, being classier, rushing better and bigger pledge classes, and throwing frequent fun events , and just by acting like it or else they'll stay in middle forever lol

Delt and Pike are realistically the only ones who have a shot at taking Sig Ep's place in the top tier. But Delt is full of try hards who piss off too many girls in the good sororities and Pike bids any nerd that can throw on a collared shirt. I don't see it happening any time soon

FYI, I didn't put Delt in top tier I moved SAE down to their level (upper middle) and put Sigma Chi slightly below them so everybody please calm down
