Pike and ATO are not real fraternities. Let's be honest here.
Sigma Nu and Pi Kapp are the exact same. Both very low middle tier...could be the top of the bottom tier.
DKE and Phi Delt are both very small chapters but have kept the traditional traits of a fraternity.
Kappa Sig is just weird.

That's more accurate. Pi Kapp and Sigma Nu aren't good really, but they are real fraternities and are by no means the worst, ATO and Pike don't really.

think Pi Kapp/KSIG/SNU/Phi Delt would be low middle or top of the bottom however you want to look at it and then DKE, Pike, ATO, Sammy, FH, AGR, etc would be the bottom of the lower tiers. Just my .02...

PIKE, ATO, Sigma Nu, and Pi Kapp are all currently bottom tier. The others mentioned aren't top by any means yet but they at least are more traditional and are working their way up. PIKE and ATO are just playing fraternity. Sigma Nu is just awful. And Pi Kapp doesn't have a pledge class.
