Number 45 is right. We need to quit putting down each other and being so obsessed with where we are ranked. We need to be building up our super weak greek system and all this fighting over who is better is making it worse. If we lose even one chapter here we all lose. Look at UT yes they have some better houses than others but they are not obsessed over it like we are. They actually support each of the houses and that makes a huge difference. We have a long way to go to be a strong Greek school and we have lots of people in the A&M community wanting us to fail so please for the love of Aggie Greeks please just be positive and lift every house up. Keep the girls in your chapters that come on here bashing to have some sort of consequence for doing this. Lets grow and love each other ladies. Positive only

This is A&M not UT. Certain chapters have fallen. We all know it but some alumnae are on this site trying to help their chapters. 2012 Chapters
Top Tier:
Kappa & Zeta-got the best pledge classes.
Tri-delt--They have some good seniors & some good juniors left. They have had two bad rush years.
Middle Tier:
DG-getting better
AXO-getter better
Pi Phi-they have fell. Good grades but the girls are NOt cute
XO--one more year of a bad pledge class & they will go in the bottom
Bottom Tier:
DZ-
Theta--they have slipped

In Texas at every big school (TAMU, UT, TCU, Tech) the top 6 are the same:
In no order: PI PHI, KAPPA, THETA, CHI O, TRI DELT, ZETA
If you go to a major public or private high school in Texas this is engrained into your brain. Respectable girls that come from Westlake, Memorial, Alamo Heights, Highland Park, etc. go in wanting these. You can hate on them all you want but the big 6 has been known in the state for 40+ years (there is even an article about it written in the 70s).

Public school girls may like the "top 6" but private school girls prefer the others.

@ 54. This is A&M not UT. PMN's aren't stupid. They will not go for a house that do not have good girls in it. Pi-Phi has not been good at A&M for 5 or 6 years, XO-have not had a good pledge class in 3 years, Theta-have gone down. You can say what you want but you are only hurting the girls going thru.

That is NOT the top 6 at A&M so quit trying to help your falling house... Theta and Xo do not belong in the top 6 here anymore. The TOP 6 are Tri Delt, Kappa, Pi Phi, DG, Theta and AXO. Get the facts straight and an article in the 70's is really does not make something relevant in 2012. Nice try though Theta and XO and your falling houses.

some chapters do, you should make friends with the girls in the chapters and see if they are. i want to say almost all of them did last year except for chi o, some chapters need a few girls while others need quite a few more. spring rush isnt a bad thing, it just means that they are willing to add on to their sisterhood. :)
