What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

At this point ratings are based just on what the new PC's look like. Our opinion is.....

Groups who recruited better PC's than the previous year:
DDD, ZTA, PiPhi, XO, GPB, KD, AXO

Groups who's pledge classes are pretty much the same as last year:
KKG, DG, Theta, DZ, ADPI

I feel everyone is really out of touch with what is actually going on!
KKG is overrated.
Tri Delt is still top.
ZTA, AXO, and DG are all greatly improving and quickly becoming top tier.
PiPhi and Chi O are slipping. They're still good, but neither are top tier.
Theta has slipped a lot as well.
DZ is just DZ. Lower middle tier.
Gamma phi is improving to me! But still considered bottom tier.
KD has some very sweet girls but they are not very active, too low key
ADPi is trying to improve, but still bottom tier

KKG not overrated
Theta is now lower middle tier with GPhi and DZ

Agree on KD

ZTA is top tier and has been for the last couple of years

Pi Phi/ChiO are slipping a little but still solid house

DG is close to being a top house
AXO if they can stay classy this year middle tier

KKG/Tri Delt/Zeta top
DG/ChiO/Pi Phi
AXO/DZ/GPhi/Theta/KD

DDD, ZTA, .....KKG holding on by a thread
PiPhi, ChiO are only this high because of name recognition, it's not really fair but just the way it is
AXO, DG really improving and will move up soon
Theta, DZ not sure what's going on with Theta and DZ's always been here
GPB, KD nice, girl next door types, GPB will probably trade places with Theta soon
ADPi improving and the only reason they're not up a level is because of #'s--their recent PC's are really pretty
