DZ is NOT a bottom tier house. It's so easy to recognize when Thetas post on GR.....they always put themselves back in the middle tier where they USED to be.

It is pathetic that just when they moved up a little in the ranking their true colors came through and now they are pushed all the way down to bottom tier. They wont be in the bottom but in the bottom tier.

lol, reading this entire board, it's pretty obvious that no one knows the answer to this question. Read all of these posts and everyone's list is different. It is how YOU perceive it and how YOU experience it. Two drunk girls on TV doesn't mean their entire chapter are drunks and all they do is party (and no, I'm not AXO, nor do I have an affiliation with that house), I'm just saying it isn't fair to judge an entire chapter based on a few people's actions.

Someone inside a house will have a different perspective of "who's the best" than someone who's not even Greek, and the same is true for members of each house and even within one of the 12 houses. One thing is for certain, the majority of members in a house have found their best friends, been exposed to numerous leadership opportunities and have made their experience their OWN--and every house can offer that. Those are the things that matter.

thank you for that because girls really need to hear the truth and understand what it really means to be greek.
