What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

What has happened to Theta?? They had a great chapter at A&M and were very selective.

Theta has been #6 at A&M forever. They just haven't been getting strong pledge classes in several, several years which has made them drop in the Lower Tier.

Theta use to be top 3 with XO and KKG, then big drop off to TriDelt, and then ZTA

Big 3 at A&M used to be XO, ZTA & Tri-Delt. Then XO fell & KKG took their place. Tri-Delt is slipping too but still holding on to #3. Theta has never been top #3 at A&M. (they are known as at the want to be XO's) XO & Theta's have gone down.

It used to be XO, ZTA & Tri-Delt were top 3 at A&M forever. Then XO slipped & KKG took their spot. Tri-Delts are slipping but still in top 3. Theta's at A&M have never been in top 3. Sorry. They are known as the want to be XO's.

ZTA has never been top 3. For years it was always XO, KKG, and Theta. Then Tri Delt got strong and replaced Theta as Theta got more and more conservative and unattractive. Pi Phi started slow but has moved up replacing XO, but ZTA has never once been a top tier house.

Theta was top 3 in late 1980s-mid 2000s. They pledged many top girls from Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. They were very selective and had a well managed chapter with alot of alumnae support. They competed with XO and KKG. All the top girls from my area of West Houston wanted to be Thetas at A&M.
