Yeah, but not everyone takes 10+ Blinn girls per PC. It's pretty much a well known fact if you go to A&M that Tri Delta takes a lot of Blinn girls because they're used to bolster chapter GPAs.

Not everyone takes Blinn team. A few chapters aren't allowed to, remember when that was such a fuss because no one told the Blinn girls they wouldn't have a shot everywhere? And the ones that can take Blinn girls don't like to unless they need to bolster numbers. It's a risk.
