Btw Putin does not use a smartphone, he's traditional. Russia is now deploying RuStore on all platforms. Russian government uses Astra Linux and other Linux distributions with Baikal and Elbrus processors. Hope this helps curious Western intelligence for reference...

Most of the common user base usual people use MacOS or cracked Windows versions...

Why? Because it is well-known and understood and well proliferated in the Russian market since the fall of the Soviet Union past the IBM era...
