Y’all kill me with this “KD is #1, Chi O is #2” nonsense. LMAO give it a REST. They’re the SAME damn house. Both top, both fighting for the exact same girls, and everyone knows those girls could go either way. One year KD’s pledge class is better, next year Chi O flips it. That doesn’t make one better, it just makes them interchangeable. Then Half the time some slide KKG or Tri Delt anyway…the more likable ones lean Kappa. And newsflash: the actual coolest girls across all these chapters end up besties regardless. So all this ranking talk? Dead.
Literal Only difference? Chi O’s tend to be way more tight with Kappa’s, KD’s usually run with Tri Delt. Which take that as you may but that that’s the big hidden secret people. Also, phi mu and so on not saying yall don’t matter just very different from the core four…someone had to say it 🤷🏼♀️

Here’s the honest assessment of the top four now that things have settled down from bid day.
Chi O got their typical small town girls that they always focus on. Some girls did pref with the other top houses, but for the most part, it’s the same type that go Chi O every year - legacies and small town homecoming queens.
Tri Delt, Kappa, and KD had a ton of great girls pref with two out of those three, plus Phi Mu on a lesser scale with some girls. Tri Delt and KD did below their normal average in getting the larger numbers of great girls and Kappa did above average this year getting many of those girls from both Tri Delt and KD (I know numerous girls who ranked KD as their second choice, or chose not to pref them at all, which is not usually the case).
This is simply how the cycle goes. In any given year, some houses have an off year and some have an exceptional year. Nothing this year changed with the top four houses still being the top four houses. Any girl could choose any of them depending on the vibe they are looking for.
