Low Top: Tri Delt, Kappa
Mid: DZ, DG, APhi, Pi Phi
Low Mid: Zeta
Low: ADPi
Then Theta

The ranking is not so cut and dry...
I think it is established that the following houses pretty much get all the girls they want:
KD, Chi-O, Tri-Delt, Kappa, and Phi Mu. Many of these houses are going for the same girls. Kappa probably has more out of state girls which can make the house a little less "Clicky" Any of these houses are great choices--pick the one that is the best fit for you.
After the top 5, I think the next tier is DG, DZ, Aphi
Aphi tends to have a lot of pretty girls and DG and DZ are pretty interchangeable.
Zeta, PiPhi, ADPi would be the same level--again pick the house that feels like you would be the most comfortable. These are great houses especially if you are from outside of Louisiana.
Theta has previously struggled, but it is still a great house. There are great girls there. Nationally Theta is an extremely strong sorority, they just haven't had the same kind of success at LSU. They do seem to be closing the gap though each year.

I don’t know why you guys keep ranking ZTA low. Have you seen their last few pledge classes? And this new one has gorgeous girls. ZTA really appeals to the OOS girls that aren’t even considered at the so called “top tier” houses. And only recruiting girls from in-state and hometowns doesn’t make a sorority top tier - it makes it high school all over again.
