How many of those 300 girls spent too much time on this website, convincing themselves that some sororities are horrible?

There's not a thing wrong with panhellenic, this is the way recruitment is conducted nationwide at every school using the NPC process. Sororities choose their own memberships, it's not a sign up sheet. Girls who buy into the 'ranks' and 'tiers' mentality decide to drop when they get the idea that they are just 'too good' for the sororities they have left. Just think what would happen instead if all those pnm's stayed in recruitment and joined the houses where they were wanted; they would be in amazing new member classes all together and their sororities would be then be 'too good' for everyone else.

I get it, it hurts to be cut from houses u love before pref! I was devastated but I was lucky bc I had one srat loved for pref and I got a bid. So many amazing girls weren’t as lucky. :/
