How brutal are the cuts for sdt and aephi for pref

pref cuts are pretty steep in general and SDT is usually more elective than AEphi

Assume most of the top houses cut about 40%-50% after this round. Mid houses cut about 33%. Lowest houses prob won’t cut many
Each house wants to pref about 200 tomorrow

Not true, some houses will take more pnm's to pref and then end up with more quota additions. The system is not designed to get rid of pnm's from recruitment, it is designed to give as many bids as possible if pnm's would stay in the process.

If you are guaranteed a bid if you don’t suicide and quota is 80 then each house could only pref 160-180 or so. Lowest houses could pref more than top houses since girls may not accept that bid

No, that is NOT how it works. Quota is NEVER EVER set ahead of time, it is only projected based on historical data and the present number of pnm's in the process. Quota is only set after pref based on the number of pnm's signing cards. And Quota Plus takes care of the bid guarantee so some houses take more than Quota. The more pnm's staying in the process means more bids and larger mc's.
