GPA is important and some houses have higher minimums than 2.5 for members. But that said – it’s not only thing they’re looking at. Depending on how far along you’re in the process, there are exceptions that can be made for lower GPA for some PNMs. At the same time there are some houses that do have stricter GPA policies. GPA cuts come in the first round.

Check at the SU panel site – under each of the chapters they list GPA for membership. I’m not always sure how this works during recruitment. But you shouldn’t get hung up on it! Focus on getting to know chapters and presenting your best self.
