Are snap bids still a thing this year? If a PNM dropped out of rush is it possible to still receive a snap bid?

how do you find out about snap bids??

Someone would call you. A snap bid is a quick call that goes out to women that were near the top of a chapter's list but dropped from rush. If the chapter is a few short of quota, they can call you and ask you to accept on the spot. It doesn't happen often and it isn't something you should expect. It happens in the few hours between Prefs and Bid Night once the chapters receive their bid list.
