the 23 pledge class is horrible this year. most of the guys are rude and they’re extremely judgmental. they used to be a top frat in my mind but they’re going downhill.

The guys are extremely nice and welcoming, they can be trusted and they are honestly overrated. The fire house is fire. They will be top frat one day and the rush chair has really good communication skills and makes me feel comfortable and safe at kappa sigma crate

Kappa Sigma may not be looked at as being “top house”, but you won’t find a group of guys that are more personable than them. They know how to keep it real, and throw some fun events.

We have all witnessed the fall of Phi Delt first hand. Once a top 3 house on campus now know as “the zoo”. The guy falling out of the window last year was funny but all the other stories from Phi Delt show the decline. Rip.

I love theta xi. This was the first frat I ever went to at UNL and it is one of my favs. Guys are really nice and I always feel safe. They can get kind of wild at times though but over all tx is always a great time.
