SAE is really popular at UNL. The guys are really chill if they like you- but some can be ruthless if they don’t. They overall are a great frat if you want the typical college frat experience. They’re not really involved on campus, as they are mostly involved with the guys in the house and sororities. They love to party- brotherhood is REALLY IMPORTANT TO THEM.

Very good fraternity, they have a great house and a great yard and are very involved in intramural sports and really good at spikeball

these girls are a good mix of studious girls and party animals. i feel like even the girls going out 4 nights a week from kd are still super smart. i have never heard anyone in kd say anything negative abt their experience. even people i know who have dropped said that it was an amazing place and just dropped bc of dues or living in. i think this house is a great in between for the girls who prioritize their education but also want a social life. they are funny af too idk what they put in the water over their but all of them have a great sense of humor.

So basically kappa is probably the most well rounded house on campus. They are attractive, HILARIOUS, genuine, and involved. I have yet to meet a girl in this house that has a bad attitude. Kappa, in my opinion, is top because of how well loved they are on campus. Take my word for it, it’s a respected name.

They are great, pretty girls who can work hard and play hard. Some of my aunts were A Phis and they loved it. The only problem is that they don’t really take out of staters and rumor has it they know who they want in the house before they even rush. Also if you’re like a sophomore rushing, you are screwed, they only take like 1 sophomore. It’s a great house, with a great rep, but they could be more inclusive. The girls are a little annoying and some give off “better than you” vibes but they are overall very very nice!
