I have not gone here and NEVER will go. Every one of my friends that went to one of their froshes has had only negative experiences. Theyre just rich and think theyre entitled. STAY AWAY

If you're just looking to party this is the frat for you. I don't know how they get girls to come to their parties but they do and they're ok i guess. However I went to one of their parties once and it wasn't enjoyable. They just give off weird vibes.

Theyre just not that good. definitely nowhere near the worst but not even a sniff near the top. Bottom mid to top bottom if that makes sense lmao

They are REALLY friendly, those guys are so sweet and they are so respectful. Parties are usually a blast too! I see them get slandered a lot by other frats but don’t listen these guys are the best! Only complaint is that they could be more involved in philanthropy (ahem dance marathon).

Theta Xi has some of the nicest guys and they always treat you with upmost respect. Plus there's a lot of attractive guys which is always great ;). Also the parties are really fun! They are middle tier rn but if they keep it up they will rise to the top.

One of the better frats on campus. They have great parties but they have one of the lowest gpa's on campus. Also not super involved around campus.
