I never hear anything about Theta, which honestly could be a good or bad thing. Pretty and seem to be really involved in their philanthropy and seem to like campus involvement a lot. Not so much to report on the social side tho.

Pretty and classy. Known for having highest GPA. Good partiers too. They always show up to the best frat parties and are a great time. Honestly a pretty solid house. They won’t pressure you to party tho if that’s not your vibe. They’re really great people inside and out.

Mid tier. Pretty much average looking with average grades. Don’t ever come to party’s or host fun events. Not bad, but definitely solid middle tier house. You’ll stay out of drama tho.
