just an opinion but I think these houses are falling apart or trending up. frats not mentioned are staying the same (which is good)

I mean their sophomores are geeds through and through - for their freshmen to be better is such a low bar
Also their class is p small and not that great... and a bunch were cut from a ton of places (hall/SAE/fiji/phi delt) before they ended up at ZBT so idk how that’s a wild improvement
