STOP saying this and pretending that you know all the return rates. If you're a chapter adviser you MAY know your house's rates. Any you may have gossiped and think you know what another house's rates are, but YOU DON"T KNOW. You only know what you've been told and I'm willing to be that if someone has bad enough manners to ask about a house's return rates they're probably going to be lied to and laughed at. I don't know if you're just stupid or if you are trying to scam people but just stop.
