1) Top Tier- Everyone wants KAT. It is just a fact. People who don't get KAT would then go Kappa if they are wealthy and party. While the more academic, overachieving types go DDD. PiPhi catches the ones that are kind of in between the rest. For the most part, these are interchangeable.
2) Mid-Tier... Gamma Phi is considered the best Mid-Tier house. Those that can't get GammaPhi go AXO if they are the cute, fun, girl next door. DG girls are laid back and social. APhi are very attractive but not always the best rep. Again... Middles are interchangeable.
3) Bottom... AOPi is the best bottom house with quirky, artsy girls. AGD didnt make quota last year but everyone loves them on campus. They also had a rep on Homecoming Court and won an award at President's Trophy. Chi Os have the worst reputation on campus. They are mean, drama queens with very questionable reputations. They have only made quota the past 3-4 years because of snap bids. They are the only house that has had to resort to snap bids

Your first statement is false. YOU may of wanted KAT, but I know for a fact that ALOT of girls cut top houses because it's not for them or they straight up do not like it. Like myself, I cut Theta and went another top house. PNM's: Go through rush with an open heart and mind. Find the girls and house that make you feel like you're home! I know a lot of individuals come in with tiers in mind and that is fine. I did. BUT not everyone wants to be in one particular house. Also, not all the stereotypes above are correct.

I should have known that you would blame my comment on either Gamma Phi or Tri Delta. I'm not in either of those houses or Chi O or Pi Phi. I'm not going to say more than that, but it doesn't even matter if I were in one of those houses. The comment is true and everyone knows it. It's sad that Pi Phis think they have to lie in order to recruit a good class.

Haha... Ok DDD simmer down. You are lucky the OP put you in top tier. I'm guessing you only cut top houses because you already knew they would release you anyway.
