Do you guys think sororities have different ways of assessing pnm during rush than fraternities? Do they look for different qualities? Is rush for guys much different than girls?

With the guys it is much more by who you know. Girls do a lot more with how the pnm looks on paper.

And also, the guy's rush is very disorganized. They just go hang out at a few houses but the guys don't know much about them before unless they were at a summer rush party.

How much do looks play in sorority rush? Can a girl that is great on paper but not as cute get a top house and/or vice versa?

Your personal beauty doesn't matter as much as your "look." If you look put together and are dressed appropriately to your shape, whether you're a true beauty is less relevant. There are girls in every top house who have beauty queen looks and girls who look like the girls next door.
