what is the number 1 top house?

I agree with the person above (Theta, Pi Phi & Kappa) are top 3 and it's an unbiased opinion since I'm not in any of these houses. I'm in what is considered lower tier by most people and am very happy in my house. Top tier doesn't guarantee a great greek experience.

PTK (Pi Phi, Theta & Kappa) is a secret group for seniors in these top 3 houses...so excited to be part of it in the future. I am a little partial and think Theta is the top house here currently, but these houses have been the top 3 at OU for many years

I haven't seen the other posts about it, but PTK is a thing. You very likely don’t have friends in the top houses to confirm this with. I don’t blame you for your angry, jealous post since tri delts would never be invited to be part of this group. Sorry, not sorry

I’m not in a top house, I’m a mid-tier house. But I’ve seen a lot of people arguing that Tri Delt isn’t a top house and that’s not true. It is a top house and is definitely above chi o. Tri Delt had to make extremely big cuts during rush and came out with a really good PC. They are definitely in the top 3, other houses lost a lot of girls to Tri Delt.

Tri Delt is the 5th house at OU, behind Chi O...ask any guy in a good fraternity and they will tell you. Tri Delt is your 5th choice during recruitment if you get cut by Theta, Pi Phi, Kappa and Chi O. Tri Delt gets the leftovers from those 4 houses and that's a fact, no matter how desperately they try to inflate their rank on this site.

Hilarious!!!! No guys go through recruitment so it wouldn't do any good to ask them what houses girls cut first. And Chi O that's hilarious too. Guys like Chi Os for one reason only.

Without bias from a Tri Delt or Tri Delt mom...which one? hahaha You obviously haven't seen/met the current PiPhi pledge class if you're going to make such a ridiculous comment. PiPhi took many girls that Tri Delt wanted, so please stop the jealous, mean posts.

I'd say its Kappa or Theta for #1. Most people will agree with that. Then Tri delt right behind. Kappa and Theta both get super good girls, but they rush for different qualities. They go for some of the same girls and both have great recruitments. That obviously doesn't mean that everyone wants those 2 houses. Plenty of girls have cut them for other houses. If your smart you will look at girls that you knew and actually liked in highschool and which house you will fit in the best atl. Tri Delt got a good PC this year and got bumped to top 3. But whether they will stay there idk, the reason theta and kappa are consistently top houses is because they always recruit great girls and the majority of their PC's are top recruits.

my good friend who is a tri delt legacy left it off of her recruitment info because she knew that she didn't want tri delt here at OU & didn't want to get cut by actual top houses because of her tri delt legacy status...she's now a chi o and loves her house
