I think it's something like:

TOP TIER:
1. Sigma Phi Epsilon / Beta Theta Pi / Lambda Chi Alpha
2. Phi Gamma Delta / Alpha Tau Omega

MIDDLE:
3. Delta Tau Delta / Kappa Sigma
4. Delta Upsilon / Sigma Chi / Sigma Nu

BOTTOM:
5. Pi Kappa Phi / Phi Delta Theta
6. Phi Kappa Psi / Phi Kappa Sigma
7. Pi Kappa Alpha / Kappa Alpha / Alpha Sigma Phi / Alpha Epsilon Phi
