Yeah, some like Kappa better but not everyone. Kappa has had their problems and people have long memories. I wouldn't say ewwww to Gamma Phi and Pi Phi. They're different from Kappa but about the same amount popular with pnms.

XO definitely made the orig rank. I would even put them lower than the second rank listed. They are more competing with DG if you want to be honest.
