does phi delt take northerners

I was just wondering if Phi Delt takes northerns or if they stick to southern kids like other fraternities.

Where do you get an idea like that? There are kids coming to Ole Miss from all over so of course fraternities take northerners. Most fraternities will not extend a bid to someone they don't know (north or south) so use some common sense and start networking.
