tiers don't matter

"It is NOT important to know that there are tiers. After freshman-maybe sophomore-year, nobody cares about tiers. The only girls that care are the insecure ones. To quote from another post, " are you going to tell your future employer that he should hire you and not the other person because you were in a top tier sorority?" You would be laughed at. Nobody cares about such things in the adult world."
