There are other houses that will take you with no connections. Aopi, and pi phi for starters.

There are many many positives about all those houses, but the negative stereotypes of these chapters reflect only their worst members, not their best. (All houses have both).

Here are the negatives you were hear:

Pi phi has a lot of wild, party girls with lots of boyfriends. (Hint hint)

Aopi has lots of northern girls who like to eat

Theta has lots of girls who have social issues who also like to eat.

ADPi has lots of girls who don't fit the traditional sorority stereotype.

Personally, I would chose ADPi over theta, but that's just my opinion.

You might consider Alpha Phi when they colonize.

pledge the house where you feel the most comfortable.

I would pledge adpi. In my opinion, they're equal but adpi is newer and therefore will get better. They're getting a gorgeous house and have lots of room to improve. That being said, it will take years for them to advance to pi phi and AOPi's level. But it will happen. Theta is a lot more established but hasn't done much to improve and better their chapter. On campus, theta is seen as the very bottom house. Adpi is still bottom but has room to improve

You have plenty of options, the best thing you can do is stay off of greek rank and try to meet girls in person. Join clubs and get to know girls when classes start, form your own opinion of all 10 houses.

don't need to come on an anonymous website and ask a bunch of random people which house they would pick. It is your decision not theirs! You need to pick whichever house you feel most at home in. But don't limit yourself to Theta and ADPi. Since you have no connections it's good that you don't have your heart set on the more competitive houses since there's a possibility that you could be let down, but don't limit yourself to just 2 houses! ADPi and Theta are both great, but be open to every one of our houses! You never know where you might fit in. Alpha Phi is also an option. AOPi and Pi Phi are also houses that take lots of girls without connections. Just go through recruitment and figure out which house you feel most at home in, and that should be your house! Don't base your decision on what a bunch of random people say, especially when they could be just self-promoting their sorority or hating on one they don't like for a personal reason.
