alpha phi excitement?

Went to the meeting. Actually decent girls came. Most girls are more hesitant than excited to join because greek life is so judgmental here.

Greek life here is based on tradition, and alpha phi doesn't have any at ole miss. This will hurt them a lot when it comes to girls wanting to go aphi. A lot of chapters have been here for close to 100 years, alpha phi just can't compete with it.

That being said, y'all have done so much this semester to get alpha phi's name out on campus. Adpi didn't do any of that before they colonized, so you're off to a really good start already. Active sorority & fraternity members are excited to help colonize alpha phi here because of how much your name has been around campus. I see at least a few alpha phi tee shirts around every day and tons of buttons! You're showing this school that you're excited to be here and get involved on campus, which I love.

We are excited to have another sorority. They are anticipating quota this year to be around 170! Way too big! Alpha phi will certainly help make pledge classes more manageable!

ADPi did great their first few years and their new house is going to be amazing! Alpha phi should do well too!

A-Phi does outstanding on every campus it colonizes on. They are a very strong national sorority and thier chapters rise through the ranks quickly regardless of how new they are or the "history" of old row on many campuses. They have done very well at Kentucky (only about 5 years old), Bama and other places where they colonize. Their national has outstanding marketing background and they will come on campus full speed ahead. They have very strong alumni support and on established campuses are typically the top house. Purdue, IU, Ball State, UCLA (all teh CA schools), top houses in Illinois and Texas too. They are really good all over.

I'm very excited that Ole Miss is getting more sororities to join our Greek family!! They did such a great job getting sororities to wear "Ole Miss Loves Alpha Phi" or "We love Alpha Phi" buttons on our backpacks and they even set up a snow cone machine in front of the Union (a nice touch and an A+ for marketing!). Overall, they're doing a great job getting the word out!
I don't know why we wouldn't be excited that an other house is coming. I guess some girls don't realize that so many ladies will be going through rush next year and the amount of PNMs are only going to grow!!! They will not start out at the top, but I can definitely tell that their nationals are going to try hard to have a good start!!!
Can't wait to welcome them next fall and see what they can do!

ADPi has already surpassed theta. I think alpha phi will do as well.

Alpha Phi killed recruitment over at LSU and they are still considered new their...they are not top but they are surely making their way up. I know this because my buddy dated one.
And everyones right Alpha Phi has brought so much hype to the campus that were all pretty pumped to see what they are going to do
