Does ChiO lead girls on a lot to think they will end up getting a bid from their house? I don't have a good GPA and i was asked back to ChiO. And i LOVED them..

I'm shocked that your didn't get cut first round with low a low gpa. Seriously. You must have friends in the house. An alumni told me they were not taking any grade risks and very few who didn't get their recs from in house alumnae.
