You need to wait and get your schedule for Philanthropy to see where you will actually be rushing because you may not ever get to visit XO. Surely you know that there is no open house, and that round 1 Go Greek is virtual where you just watch chapter videos and rank them?

The sororities will have already decided who they are inviting to round 2 Philanthropy before convocation. Your chapter ranks from Go Greek will not determine if you get invited to any chapter or not. In fact, your ranks of the sororities are not ever a consideration for the sororities in deciding who to carry to the next round, they don't even see pnm's ranks.

IF you get to go to XO for Philanthropy, that would be the perfect and only relevant time to mention it, for obvious reasons. But you need to know that just because you were a beneficiary of their philanthropy it will not make you any more desirable as a sorority member. They are looking for sisters, and philanthropy appreciation is really just a tiny, tiny part of it. You need to sell yourself and your personality, not just present facts about your life.
