Continuous Open Bidding

Maybe someone can confirm/ correct me on this because I’m not too familiar. But I think that COB happens early spring semesters when sororities see a lot of sisters graduating early, didn’t make quota in the fall rush or have a few pledges drop before initiation. Again, someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think that the best way to go about this is contacting Panhellenic and Letting them know you want to be considered for COB.
