date for rush recommendations

When should we start submitting recs for rush? I want to get mine in but I also don't want to seem too aggressive or desperate.

You don't submit your recommendations, your rec writers do. Are you confused?

Now! Distribute your packets and let your RIF writers do the rest. Be sure and follow up with a thank you note a week or so after you distribute. This will remind anyone who may have forgotten to submit. Good luck!!!
