So here's the GPAs for Fall 2018: KD 3.43; Chi-O 3.392; DDD 3.389; Phi Mu 3.296; DG 3.290; Pi Phi 3.28; KKG 3.27; AOPi 3.21; ADPi 3.03 and Alpha Phi 2.88.

KD is still in maintaining the lead but sadly 8 of the 10 sororities have lower GPAs than their Spring 2018 GPAs (including KD). Only Phi Mu and DG raised their GPAs.

How is aphi getting below a 3.0? Especially when to get in a sorority you need a 3.0... Not surprised tho. This won't look good for them regarding pc 19 cuz no one wants to be associated with the party sorority/low gpa imo

There isn't an official grade requirement for submitting an application for recruitment. However anything below a 3.0 is going to make it more difficult and is going to affect your choices, especially if you are coming in without connections.

compared to gpa of other sororities at sec schools. look at bama. gpa’s should be much higher.

Bama has a different grading scale than Ole Miss. An A+ at Ole Miss gives you a 4.0 at Bama it's 4.33. For good students that will be a significant increase to the GPA.

Outside of Miss State, OM has the lowest admission statistics (GPA and ACT) in the SEC, so what would you expect. This is mainly due to in state students as OOS kids have better admissions stats on average..

You are correct. I think the average freshman admitted to OM has a 25.8 ACT and 3.6 weighted GPA. The OOS kids bring the average waaayy up, especially the Honors/Lott/Croft etc programs

things to point out:

1. Oos doesn't bring up gpas. Look at the gpas. The 3 top tier houses (kd, xo, ddd) have the highest 3 gpas. (Sorry DG trolls you were never top tier).
2. You needs a 3.0 on average high school gpa, not college gpa.
3. Basically you have everyone, then you have adpi behind everyone, then you have aphi way behind everyone.
4. Can we all just admit aopi is bottom tier now. Saw a post on here the other day asking why aopi is bottom tier and someone said they aren't because they have high GPAs, LOL.

That’s a disgusting thing to say. Women do not come to school anymore to get an “MRS degree”. They come to school to become doctor, lawyer, teachers, and so many more things that are needed in today’s world. It is not just KD that women are seeking a higher education in either, it is all women at UM.
