If they placed in blood drive and dance then how did KD place overall but Pi Phi didn't?

Pretty sure theta's new members learned a dance, participated in the blood drive, and painted a banner just like every sorority did along with planning the entire event.

Because a theta told a Pi phi that they placed first for the dance and they placed third for blood drive so they should have won but didn't because they aren't top tier
