Please go back to mid-January- there are tons of good posts on this. Yes- you have a chance. But you need to network a bit to make that happen.

Honestly, the odds that you will be cut by the same chapters next year is likely. Did you consider SK or DPhiE? From the Panhel meeting, we were told that the ONLY women who did not get a bid after attending pref did NOT maximize their options. So, you listed only one or two chapters on your bid card. Possibly, had you listed all of them your outcome might have been different. If you plan to go through again with a different outcome, you are going to have to do things differently. Get the highest GPA you can, make friends with the girls in the current pledge classes and keep an open mind.

I had some sophomores in my group who got pi phi, a phi, theta, gphi. Definitely possible but you do have to network a little, and those girls were so determined they had their whole rush process down to a science for each house pretty much.

I rushed this year for a second time and did get into a chapter that I love and am happy to call my home. I honestly just went into the second time with a more open mind and got back way more chapters at each round. If you just be yourself and stay positive everything will work out how it is supposed to. Rushing a second time also taught me that Greek life isn't the end all be all and I feel like I joined this time for the right reasons. I know it's really hard but it is so possible to get into an amazing house even as a sophomore.
