by: TiredAs a sorority member, I am not that excited about adding another chapter at IU. It's not that I don't want more opportunities for pnms, I do, but recruitment is already too long and grueling. We need to fix our current system rather than keep adding new chapters. If we all would take about 70 members, we'd be fine and wouldn't have to keep adding new chapters.

70members per semester is too much. An adding another sorority won't hurt your recruiting process, rush its meant to be long so you don't get people you don't want in your chapter in it. Like are you even trying to think of good solutions??? This way at least less girls will cry when they don't get a bid.

Didn't lose it. Sold it to Pi Kapps. Pi Kapps made them a good offer and they didn't think they would ever come back to campus. When they closed Tri Sigma and ASA closed too. Greek life was on the decline. AOII left shortly after too.

Panhellenic felt they didn't want to do the right thing and take s true quota do they raised the GPA requirement to knock some girls out and then added another sorority - to not have to raise their quota. Not to give more opportunities but to continue their selfish ways.
