how are cuts made during 22 party?

Grades first and foremost bc those are easy. If a pnm didn't show interest or was rude. I wouldn't say we release on personality but everyone is ranked and then we are required to release the number given to us by panhel so the lowest rankings ones go first. Many pnms will be shocked and hurt tomorrow (I was). You very well may get less than 16 back. I got 8 as a sophomore and was released by several where I felt I had awesome connections and conversations during round 1. You never know why you're released, but try not to take it personally. You're not alone. Keep in mind 2 things - you can only join 1 and now you can focus and get to know the ones you have left on another level. Good luck!
