Can someone tell me why DX's current lease did not get renewed? Did someone buy the house, I know Chi Phi doesn't have enough guys to take it back.

phi sig bought it from chi phi and since acacia is moving back on campus everyone is assuming that phi sig will move in

ATO owns the house. Therefor they are selling it and either IU will buy the building and make it a school building or another frat will buy it from ato next year.

ATO has been kicked off before and they didn't sell it. They're just gonna rent it out until they recolonize.
