But their housing corp can kick them out .The houses are not owned my nationals. They owned by the local housing corp set up by each organization to run, maintain and keep on budget. If the charter was revoked, they are no longer ATO brothers, therefore they are not eligible to live in a house owned by the local ATO housing corp.
I would hope the housing corp. is giving them a reasonable amount of time to find other options, but I doubt they will give them too long because what would stop the guys from tearing up the house.

You don't have to be a member of ATO nationally or locally to be living in the house. Now that it is not recognized, the housing board is not recognized either. The same housing board will be there for what ever Fraternity takes over next. IF another one takes over. For all we know the remaining brothers living in could continue to live in for the rest of this academic year.
