DChi will most likely take ATO, Acacia will take their house back, and then it'll probably be up to Phi Sig, Pike, TKE, or Skulls on who gets DChi's house

OK I know Acacia is getting its house back. Why will DX be homeless? Chi Phi owned it, but I thought they sold it to Phi Sig? Is that not true? If it's not true, then why would Chi Phi kick out Delta Chi? They kicked out Skulls for DX. What's up with that? Any chapters other than Phi Sig, Pikes and DX large enough to fill a house?

Pike's don't need a house, they bought land. Leasing a house short term means less money they can stash into a building fund.

Also, don't forget Delts may be vacant too. Their drama hasn't played out yet.

Those goobers in DChi do not deserve that nice of a house ..they wouldn't know what to do with it

Seeing as DChi had that house 4 years ago I think they do. Not only that when they did there where middle tier and gaining fast on other houses.
