Of the top houses (sig chi, beta, ato, pi kapps, fiji, phi psi etc) who is supposed to have the hardest pledgeship? I know which ones are supposed to be hardst but inothing about phi psi, beta, sig chi

ATO and Pi Kapps will have hardest pledgeships of the top houses, then its a toss up between Beta and Sig Chi. Phi Psi probably wont have a hard pledgeship this year because they are already on probo for hazing so they need to be careful. Not sure about FIJI.
