how hard is it to get a middle tier fraternity bid

I don't necessarily want a top house, but instead a more relaxed and academically focused one. If I'm a pretty chill guy that goes to all of the rush events and talks to a lot of actives, what are the chances that I could get a bid from the likes of sigep/sae/theta chi?

SAE a middle tier house? Hahahahaha yeah right. If you have a pulse, you'll get a bid at SAE and Sig ep. Theta chi is decent
