where will sk's house be

If they plan to build a house where will it be? Aren't there other chapters ahead of them for that land?

Sigma Kappa won't have a house until at least 2020 or after. They aren't even established here. It doesn't work that quickly.... Getting a house takes years of paperwork and planning so they will remain unhoused for a while

I think they will only be unhoused for 2 years from what was said at the expansion presentation.

Sigma Kappa will begin the land purchase as soon as the chapter is installed in April. The purchase and construction will take at least 18 months. It will not be 2020. I would say 2018 is more realistic. Sigma Kappa is a stronger and older national organization than DPhiE, Theta Phi and ASA. Do not expect them to be like Theta Phi which has been on campus for 5 years and is nowhere near getting a house. It does work more quickly when you have an alumnae group that has been planning for housing for quite some time.
