sig ep scandal/probation

When checking out the frats at IU, I've read a lot about the Sig Ep scandal and resulting probation. However, all I can find is that there was allegations and probation but no real details on what happened. Can anyone shine some light on it?

I don't get all the hate on sig ep. Girls love that house, isn't that what frat guys want? They are great guys who all get along really well. The scandal thing got dropped and they're not in trouble anymore. They actually are rarely in trouble which apparently isn't cool but you can think whatever you want I guess.
